With your vision at the center of our artistry, we design the romantic floralscape you've been dreaming of for your wedding day.
Think of your bridal bouquet as the pièce de résistance. Your bouquet is the base of our design work together and the signature piece for your day. Bridal bouquets are featured in over nearly 75% of your ceremony photos, detail shots, and formal photos.
We carefully craft our bridal bouquets with stylish angles for your photography. We recommend playing with your bouquet in the mirror before heading down the aisle to see which angles are fun, playful, and appeal to you most.
We'll discuss the size, weight, and shape to customize the style. Your bouquet will feel like a coordinated expression of your entire wedding theme and floral palette personalized for you.
Wedding parties vastly range in size 0 - about 35, so we offer a variety of scale options for our couples' selection. We'll create florals that compliment the bridal bouquet and support the theme.
Wedding party florals include attendants, flower girl, ring bearer, friends/family members in the processional, and ceremony flowers, like a rose presentation.
In our eyes, this is the moment. Our focus is to create a stunning focal point for your ceremony. The florals here are all about framing you in with beauty. Most often, we design these installations on-site. You are walking into an energy of love, dedication, and beauty to make your vows.
There is an opportunity to create intimacy for your guests with their table setting. As your guests connect, unwind, and enjoy your generous meal, we want them to feel as though they can reach out and touch the florals, embrace their aroma, and smile knowing that you have selected to surround them in romance and beauty.
Your couple's table, in any shape or size, is the focal point of your reception. Whether you are listening to speeches or having a ball on the dance floor, your table will remain a focal point through the entire night with its placement in the overall layout. This is a key moment for your event, and we honor you here.
Signage solidifies the style of your event. The colors, material, and font all add to the tone of your day. We offer simple touches or dramatic floral stylings based on your vision.
Your main accent tables will be either solo or combination tables for gifts, photos, in memoriam frames, and activities like notes to the couple or Polaroid stations. You may also have an escort table for your place cards. There are countless options to help these moments pop.
Additionally, we have a complimentary decor offering, discussed in our consultation, for these moments.
When it comes to cocktail hour, we love subtle accents. Our collection of bud vases offers a delicate touch and votive candles always create glowing ambience. Bar flowers are depending upon the sizing of the bar. This is a high traffic area, so we'll plan for what works best for you and the layout.
The entrances to your ceremony and reception are an opportunity to set the stage for your guests. An impressive display or floral accents in these spaces are a friendly introduction to your theme. Pictured here is an aisle entrance display that was later transitioned to the sweetheart table. The design utilized our white, modern pillar collection and industry-standard candle rentals from our curated rental collection.
Just as we lean into your theme, we embrace the architecture of your event space. If you have window boxes on a stone patio, let's fill the in with dancing blooms. If you have a terrace style ceremony, let's add climbing vines to enhance the setting. We are big advocates for working with your venue's features and tying it all together.
Installation work is when we design florals on-site and/or bring in large floral displays and complete them on-site. Technically, our ceremony designs, like archways and meadows, are considered installations. Other types of installations are, but not limited to, aerial designs like chandeliers and hanging greenery strings, floor meadows, displays for photo walls and lounges, mantle designs, staircases, etc. These are show-stopping moments and photo ops! Incorporating installations allows for those "out of this world" editorial shots.
Event floristry sets itself apart from traditional retail floristry with planning, service and design scale. As a wedding floral design company, we craft a custom design digitally and then execute design work and day of set-up and removal. We are your team for day-of deliveries, set-up, transitions, and late night tear down. Because we are designing your event, we do not offer in-studio pick up nor drop + go delivery.
Complimentary (no additional fee) with your design are the following planning services:
Day-of service fees will be offered in your custom design quote tailored to the scale of your design and as needed.
Speciality services are only applied, as needed, to designs with large scale installation work.
At the close of your reception, your venue will require all decor and florals to be cleared from the premise(s). Most venues require late-night pick-up and tear-down, also referenced as "strike", to be completed within one (1) hour of your reception’s end.
This service provides for compliance with your venue’s policies, safety in installation tear-down and removal of floral rentals, and a worry-free night for you and your loved ones.
